The

Movement of Priests the following meditation. This is the

Praise
be Jesus Christ!
This morning we meditated on how
in these times as we are in the "mystery of iniquity" and
how the Lord is now operating with the "mystery of Mercy".
Why? Precisely to destroy with the "mystery of mercy" the
"mystery of iniquity". He entrusts this task to a creature,
because when Satan appears in the splendor of his power, he will be
defeated by a creature. So not only will he be defeated, but he will
be humiliated. For this reason the power that Satan has is not
ordered for his glory, but for his shame.
A
- The Woman clothed with the sun gathers the little ones.
We see why the Book of Revelation does not only speaks of a sign: the
great dragon; but about another sign in Heaven: the Woman clothed
with the sun.
Here is given the explanation of the birth of
the Marian Movement of Priests:
"According to the divine plan" (a design that comes from
the Most Holy Trinity; we are not the designers, it is not a plan
drawn up by one of us, who illuminated by grace, gave birth to this
Work, as happens in so many movements of the Church) there came from
Heaven a Woman clothed with the sun (behold the Leader of this army
that she forms) in the search of the privileged children of the
Father" (Homily at Fatima, 13.5.2000).
In this way the Pope begins this homily: "Father,
... to you I offer praise; for what you have hidden from the learned
and the clever you have revealed to the merest children"
(Mt 11: 25). With these words Jesus praises, enjoys, he rejoices with
the Heavenly Father for his designs. He is the eternal Word of the
Father. He who is the revelation of his glory and manifestation of
his essence, He who is the Word Incarnate, rejoices with the Father
for his designs. He knows them from eternity: because He is in the
bosom of the Father. He shows us the Father. "He who has seen Me
has seen the Father" (Jn 14:9). There is unity of nature between
the Son and the Father.
Jesus knows: "No
one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him"
(Jn 6:44). Therefore He praises this His plan and He adheres to it in
a filial manner: "Yea, Father, for such was thy gracious will"
(Mt 11:26). It pleased You to open the Kingdom to the little ones. If
the Father does not open the Kingdom, they can not enter.
The gift of littleness is a special grace that
the Father gives to those who He calls to realize His designs.
These children are therefore privileged by You: they have the
privileged to understand Your design, to enter in this Your plan,
because You reveal it to them and You reveal it only because they are
small: "I thank thee, Father, Lord
of heaven and earth, that thou hast hidden these things from the wise
and understanding and revealed them to babes"
(Mt 11:25).
The woman clothed with the sun appears next to the
dragon. The dragon forms his host with
the most powerful, the strongest, the greatest, the wisest, with
those who occupy the first places. He
despises the least because they do not count for anything. He gives
value the first ones, the strongest, because he believes to win with
this stronger array - strong and intelligent spirit, but proud.
And the strength of this host, do you know
which one it is? The Freemasonry.
Freemasonry is an evil force against God. Read the messages in the
Blue Book (http://our-lady-priests.blogspot.it/)
on the black beast, on the beast that is like a lamb, when it speaks
of the Ecclesiastical Masonry having entered within the Church and
that led her to be in these conditions so difficult.
On May 13, 1917, Our Lady appeared in Fatima as
the Woman clothed with the sun,
"According to the divine plan, "a
woman clothed with the sun" (Rev 12:1) came down from heaven to
this earth to visit the privileged children of the Father”.
She, because small, forms the host with the smallest all over the
world. And she forms this army with the Marian
Movement of Priests. You understand
immediately that this movement is a movement wanted by Her, that can
not be formed by all. It is not a movement for everyone, called to
proselytize as do many other movements. Someone asked me, "Don
Stefano, what do you do to spread it?". I answered: "Let
Our Lady take care of it, do Cenacles, spread the book and not worry
about anything, because it is She who forms it."
But why can it not be formed by all?
Because she goes in search of the little ones. Understand that if one
is not small, she does not seek this one. But greatness, wisdom is a
gift of God, which is not to be despised. Jesus said: "I
thank thee, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hidden
these things from the wise and understanding and revealed them to
babes" (Mt 11:25): thus He did not
condemn the wise and intelligent. No, well, you're good, you're great
in wisdom, you are great in science, theological science. But the
Father reveals his secrets only to children.
Behold Our Lady goes looking for these
privileged children of the Father. If
you do not have the Heavenly Father's grace that makes you small,
"yea, Father, for such was thy
gracious will” to open Your Kingdom
to the little ones, if you are not these little ones to whom the
Heavenly Father reveals Himself expressing His gracious will, you are
not sought out by Our Lady, because She, being small, to win the
battle, forms her host with the little ones. If one is not small, he
does not understand anything of the Movement.
Brother priests, do not be discouraged! Sometimes you may
happen to meet a priest full of holiness, some great professor of
theology very good in theological science, and even some members of
the hierarchy, some Bishop, a Cardinal. Let us honor them for the
place they occupy, let us love them if they are placed to be our
fathers, let us pray for them, serve them, obey them always. But do
not be surprised if perhaps some of them do not understand anything
of the Movement, because the Woman clothed with the sun came in
search of the privileged children of the Heavenly Father.
Our Lady makes us to understand that it is her Work, which is not
open to receive everyone. It is a Work which can only receive the
little ones. It is a Work that can not be accepted by all.
The more one is at the top, the more it is
difficult for this person. And here I
am not speaking of high hierarchically, because, brother priests, one
can be a Cardinal and even Pope and also be little. You do not have
today the example of a person who is more little than all, who allows
himself to be led with total docility in the arms of our Heavenly
Mother? And in the hierarchy it is he who occupies the highest place.
Do you not have today the example of the small child in the person
and figure of our Pope John Paul II? One can be Cardinal or Pope, and
can be small; just as one can be the pastor or associate pastor or
chaplain and not be small. You understand, before God it is this
smallness that counts, to feel to be those who we really are before
Him: nothing, nothing ...
In a message of 1973 one reads: "I
chose you because you're worth little; I chose you for your
nothingness." Do you understand?
Our Lady does not exalt, she praises the truth.
Brother priests: I am a nobody, but before God I think that all of us
are a nobody, a nothing. Before God the greatest is the one who feels
the smallest, nothing ...
An example of this is the dear Carmelite Miriam of Jesus
Crucified, who was a Palestinian. When she was twelve, her Muslim
uncle cut her throat because she wanted to remain a Catholic. As if
dead they threw her in a hole, but Our Lady arrived, who took her,
brought her to a cave, she healed her in a month. Miriam was filled
with mystical gifts so great, that she was seen in ecstasy in the
treetops. And she felt to herself: "The little nothing".
This is the condition to be part of the
Movement: to be small. If you do not
ever want to enter into crisis: be small. Do you want to go forward
in the midst of so many difficulties? be small. Because, you know,
the devil lays traps in a tremendous way for this Work. He knows, I
do not know if he sees the design completely (I do not believe that
Our Lady shows it to him), but he succeeds in sensing something. Then
he rages to destroy this Work.
Our Lady, however, assured: "From
the outside nothing can harm this Work."
(December 7, 1974). From the outside, that is from religious
authority, nothing will be able to harm it ... And so what does he
do? He tries to destroy it from within hitting its members. And he
strikes them in one way only: by destroying their smallness.
He cannot strike them in a different way, because
everything contributes to deepening the sense of our nothingness. He
wants to hit you with temptations? We are nothing. He wants to hit
you with our errors? These help you to experience that you are
nothing. He strikes you on one thing
only: destroying in you the smallness.
This is the weapon he uses. And for this, unfortunately I have to say
with great regret that many of our brothers have moved away from the
Movement. Only for this reason.
The destruction of the smallness that is not only
in feeling that we are "someone". This is a bit ridiculous,
because who feels he is someone? It is hard to convince ourselves of
this. But perhaps by beginning with
doubting her word, of what Our Lady says, because it is not
understandable, because it is not verifiable.
Maybe because it is not feasible in the time that we believe that She
had indicated. Many have fallen and have drifted away because of
this. For example, many have turned away from the Movement for the
fact of the year 2000, in which Our Lady said that she would have
fulfilled the triumph of her Immaculate Heart. I tried to make you
understand in what sense those words were to be interpreted doing an
entire meditation on this topic in the year 2001.
B
- Commitment to live the Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of
Mary.
So
what are we to do to be faithful to the grace that the Heavenly
Father has given us to be small, for whom He opens His Kingdom, the
Kingdom of the Heart of His Son, the Kingdom of His designs, the
Kingdom of Mary. Even Our Lady today is revealing to her little ones
a secret that is her secret: her Immaculate Heart. And she reveals it
to the little ones.
Do you see why the Our Lady in order to be part of
her Movement, does not requires anything. It is perhaps the only
Movement that does not require registration. Of course, we give
adherence to the national or regional responsible, because they
communicate to us about the Cenacles. But it is not that by giving
membership, that you are truly part of it. To
join, you must live the spirit. And to live the spirit, you must be
small.
Understand, how Our Lady asks only one thing to be a part of this
Movement. One thing only that in a certain sense makes one a part of
this Movement, in another sense it prevents one from feeling
officially members of the Movement. And here it is clear her design
from the first pages of the Blue Book.
“The priests must understand that to
belong to the Movement nothing
external nor any juridical act is necessary; what
is indispensable, however, is an interior consecration
of their whole selves and the total offering of their priesthood to
my Immaculate Heart.
Tell them that this is all I ask of them; this
is what I want of them. Tell them that this is the first and most
important thing they must do to belong to my priestly Movement.
Tell
them to entrust themselves to me like children, giving everything to
me and renouncing all attachment to anything - however beautiful,
honorable or virtuous - that is not my very self.
I
want their heart, the heart of my priests.
Oh, then I will be able to be a true Mother for
them, and they will be true sons to me!
I will take complete possession of their life;
gently, gently, I will transform it and set it on fire with zeal; I
will wipe out from it whatever has been imperfect, and I will make it
perfect.
I
will make them understand how they must be detached from everything
and live only for my Jesus; how they must defend Him from every
attack, love Him unconditionally, in living out the Gospel to the
letter.
I
will cause them to experience a great love for the Church and for the
Pope, whom I love so dearly and who will be comforted, defended and
saved by the cohort of my priests.
I will prepare them for great things, and I
will make them invincible in the decisive battles”
(July 29, 1973)
And why does Our Lady asks of us the act of
consecration to her Immaculate Heart?
Because with this act we entrust ourselves to Her as children, in as
much as we welcome Her as Mama.
Why do I entrust myself to the Heart?
The seat of love is the heart. I entrust myself as a child to the
Immaculate Heart, because you are Mommy, I entrust myself to your
maternal love. But you are Mama immaculate: I entrust myself to your
immaculate love. With this act of consecration, I welcome you into my
priestly life as a Mom. Behold the value of the consecration.
And She, brother priests, makes herself truly
Mama to us in the spiritual order of the life of grace,
because it is such, as taught by the Second Vatican Council. She does
not replace the task of our teachers, of our educators.
And why does Our Lady asks for this act of
consecration? Because with this act we
entrust ourselves to Her as children, in as much as we welcome Her as
Mama. She is to us Mama, she forms us
as Mom and "speaks to us with the
voice and the heart of Mother"
(John Paul II, Homily at Fatima, May 13, 2000). And so in order to
listen to her we must have the heart and ears of children.
She enters our priestly life: she forms it, she
orders it, she transforms it, so that we can become priests according
to the Heart of Christ. She wants to
make us "another Christ", who
we have to relive, disseminate, because it will be Jesus in you that
will work the great design of the triumph of His merciful love, and
with the "mystery of mercy", will destroy the "mystery
of iniquity" which in these times works in a manner so grand at
the worldwide level, seducing humanity and the Church.
Brother priests, Our Lady forms this array of
the Marian Movement of Priests: it is
hers, it is hers! She chose us because we are small. If we want that
she might use us, we have to be small. But this array She has called
and formed in every part of the world. Here this evening and
tomorrow, I wish during the "Fraternity" (hour), that some
of you might speak of the spread of the Movement around the world. It
is spreads everywhere, in some countries more, in others less.
This year I made Cenacles throughout Brazil, in
three major cities of Argentina, in Bolivia, in Uruguay and in
Paraguay and everywhere I saw the
Movement spread. Perhaps the nation, where the movement has exploded,
is Brazil. There I did Cenacles in the stadiums: to Cuiabà with
eighty thousand people; in Brasilia with thirty thousand people,
presided over by Cardinal Falcao and with him Dom Terra auxiliary
bishop, who after the murder of Father Nazareno Lanciotti became the
head of the M.M.P. in Brazil; in Sao Paulo with three bishops, 50
priests and forty thousand faithful.
You see, Our Lady spreads the movement, but she still keeps it
hidden, she does not show it. I said, in a certain sense we are in
the Movement, in a certain sense no. But why? Because Our Lady does
not want it legally established. If we think of it as a legal
organization, we move away from the desire of her Heart.
And when a few years ago, I was actually asked to submit a request to
the Holy See for juridical approval (according to some it would favor
the Movement), it was not possible for the lack of its own statutes.
When one founds a Work, he makes the statutes. I
have always said: the Marian Movement of
Priests has three commitments ... Let
us go forward without statutes, such as Our Lady wants, according to
her design for the Marian Movement of Priests.
1)
Consecration to her Immaculate Heart.
2)
Obedience and unity to the Pope.
3)
To help the faithful to live the consecration to Our Lady.
If there are criticisms, we accept them. Once it
was asked of an Eminence of the Vatican, what he thought of Don
Stefano Gobbi. He replied: "For
us, Don Stefano Gobbi does not exist!"
I therefore do not exist! I made 1200 plane flights in all the
continents as a shadow. I'm glad to be only a shadow: the shadow of
Mary!
But look how Our Lady goes in a clever
counterattack against her opponent. She
attacks him there, where he attacked and where he feels to the
winner. For example, in these times he attacked the Church. And in
the Church he has attacked especially priests and consecrated souls.
And these priests, who are called to be Christ's ministers, ministers
of His word, ministers of His life, of His grace, of His love, he
attacks them, bringing into the priesthood, within the Church
especially a great crisis of faith, affecting particularly the
priests.
"There is a great disturbance at this
moment in the world and in the Church, and what
is in question is the faith. …
It happens that books are published in which important points of the
faith are undermined, that the bishops are silent, that these books
are not found to be strange. This, according to me, is strange”.
In Slovenia there came out of a Catholic
publishing house a book translated from French. This book is
sacrilegious, because it writes that Jesus lived in sin. The head of
the MMP warned the bishops with a written note, but they have not
taken any stand against this book, which is sold in Catholic
bookstores and parishes. The bishops
have been silent.
We are of Christ. Our task is to defend the Church and we cannot
remain silent. The foresaid book is being spread and it was not
condemned.
“I read again every once in a while the
Gospel of the end times and I realize that in this moment there is
emerging some signs of the end times. Are we near the end? This we
will never know. It is necessary to always be ready... What strikes
me, when I consider the Catholic world, is that a
non-Catholic type of thought seems to predominate sometimes
within Catholicism, and this non-Catholic thought might become the
stronger one within Catholicism in the future”
(Paul VI).
German brothers tell me: the
Church in Germany is now a Protestant Church,
in some places even more protestant than the Protestant Church. And
in France? And in the US?
“This non-Catholic thought might become the
stronger one within Catholicism in the future. But
it will never represent the thought of the Church.
A small flock must remain, however small it may be."
(Paul VI)
Our Lady with the MMP prepares and forms this little flock. Why
should we be surprised if Mary, Mother of the Church, intervenes
today in a very strong way in order to form the small flock which
remains faithful to Christ and to the Church?

- Be strong in the faith.
Brother priests the first action of Mary
that is in us is at the level of the mind in order to open to it the
gift of divine wisdom. The Holy Spirit communicates to us this gift,
so that we become today courageous witnesses of faith, proclaiming
the Gospel to the letter as did Jesus. He is God, unchanging and is
the same yesterday, today and forever (cfr. also the emblem of the
Jubilee); His word is always the same.
Today we must totally believe in the word of God, in the word
of the Gospel, we must live it and proclaim it boldly touching
especially those truths that today are not preached anymore. Speak
about Paradise, about Hell, about the judgment of God, about sin:
these are the truths that our people must hear today!
If Jesus were here today, do you would believe
that He would speak differently?
Complying perhaps with the way of politics, with the social ways,
with all the fuss? He would repeat the Gospel exactly as He said it
2000 years ago.
Our Lady today forms the priests who have this
courage: be the Gospel lived to the
letter, be the preached Gospel to the letter.
Brother priests, why should we be concerned about how one or another
might judge us? We know in Whom we have believed. Let us go forward,
carrying the cross that becomes increasingly heavier, but being
faithful to the word of God, faithful to Jesus, He alone will be our
reward.
I confide with you that many times I feel
exhausted. And I thought about those
dear brothers who told me that at the beginning of the Movement, "Don
Stefano, you were clever! You invented the Movement so as to travel
around the world. "Now I would say: "I'm so crafty, that I
would enjoy sitting and I would make the world travel to you."
Now there is sickness, the fatigue of age, (I am 73 years old) which
weighs so much that sometimes I think: I would not do this for any
creature ... But dear Jesus, to give a little joy to Your heart, to
the Immaculate Heart Mary, I go on as long as I can, maybe I'll fall
on the way, if I give my life, I'll give it to You!
Brother priests, do also the same
to give joy to the Heart of Jesus and to the Heart of Our Lady. Do
not look at anyone, do not look at what others are saying! What does
praise avail you, what harm is done to you by criticism? Look at
Jesus and go forward!
Be true to her word,
because the victory between us and her opponent is played out
especially in the area of faith. Because there will come the times
when apostasy will spread even more, in an ever increasing manner,
after which the splendid divine light of this great Pope will be
turned off. Be strong in the faith!
Brother priests, relive Jesus by living in grace,
which is His same life. Jesus wants to be lived by you. Today
the suffering of the Heart of Jesus is caused by many priestly lives
which no longer reflect His life, who live according to the spirit of
the world, they let themselves be
influenced by it, and so turn away more and more from Him. Their
lives no longer transmits the His life, but is a life overshadowed by
this secular spirit, by the spirit of this world, having entered into
the hearts and lives of so many priests.
One day, when we will appears before Jesus, He
will ask us only one thing: "Did
you remain faithful to Me, did you live as a minister of the Church?
We save ourselves or we loose ourselves depending on one thing only:
the measure of our fidelity or infidelity to Him."
And so you understand how in these times of the
Immaculate Heart of Mary - while her opponent works in the lives of
so many priests, causing them to think, to love, to act and to dress
like the world
– Our Lady leads us to think, to live, to love, as
Jesus and also to give an external sign
of this our dignity, always wearing - as the Pope repeatedly asks us
- our priestly garb.
Our Lady forms these priests
(and here she obtains her victory perhaps silently) in every part of
the world. And here is the point where She passes to the
counterattack. Satan darkens the soul with sin, She makes the soul
live in Grace. If these children fall, She is ready immediately to
pick them back up, she never leaves them even for a moment under the
cursed slavery of Satan. Because they are her children, She snatches
them from him, she brings them to repentance, to confession, to
communion with Jesus, so that the love of Jesus grows in them and
they become so beautiful, gracious, lived, offered expression of this
His divine mercy.
Brother priests, Our Lady leads us to holiness.
But this holiness we do not see, because
she does not show it to us. So in this
life you will see your shortcomings, your limits, your faults. But in
heaven you will contemplate, amazed, the sanctity that the Immaculate
Heart of Mary has built in your priestly life.
Brothers, then you see: in the period of the
crisis of faith, Our Lady leads us to the witness of faith; at
a time when many priests live according to the world, she makes you
live according to Christ. Then she
takes you to the perfection of love. How our love should be, I will
develop in the meditations on Friday.
For now I gather myself in prayer. These days are
days of great prayer and of great silence! In
her Immaculate Heart you will solve all your problems,
you will find an answer to your difficulties. In her Immaculate Heart
you will find comfort, strength to renew your priesthood and give
trust, hope in the difficult times that we live.
We have taken up the walk with Her on the road
to Calvary, following our first priest,
the Holy Father, who is going up slowly until he reaches his personal
immolation. Let us entrust ourselves with the momentum of children in
the arms of our Heavenly Mother, and let us experience the joy of
becoming smaller and smaller to the point of disappearing in her
Heart.
She came looking for the little ones,
so that in this way God obtains His victory. "By the mouth of
babes and infants, thou hast founded a bulwark because of thy foes,
to still the enemy and the avenger” (Sal 8:2)
The great host, that Satan has formed, will be
defeated and destroyed by the voice of babes and infants.
That is, the voice of children, those who have no voice, who know
only to cry, when they are hungry, when they are tired. It will be
our prayer done with Mary. She needs this prayer. For this reason,
the Pope urged the Church in the Year of the Rosary to pray with Mary
with this prayer, so that it might become strong and powerful the
voice of these little children which rises to God, being strengthened
by the voice of our Heavenly Mother.
“ “Father, to you I offer praise, for
what you have hidden from the learned and the clever you have
revealed to the merest children"
(Mt 11:25). Father, to you I offer praise for all your children, from
the Virgin Mary, your humble Servant, to the little shepherds,
Francisco and Jacinta” (John Paul II,
Homily at Fatima, May 13, 2000).
Father,
to you I offer praise, for these very dear priestly brothers of mine
who are here today, because they are your little ones privileged by
You. So be it.

Dear
friends,
As always, it is very important in these times
of great confusion, when even Catholic bishops are no longer in
agreement about the fundamentals of our faith and morals, to not only
pray much and to study the Catechism of the Catholic Church for
adults, but to keep our eyes open so as not to fall into the
beautiful lies of Satan presented as if they were the Truth!!!
I
would like to offer a few interesting things I recently ran
across as well as a recent experience in my diocese so as to help us
to continue to scratch our heads without falling asleep spiritually
as so many in the Catholic Church have done today. It is much easier
to embrace the philosophy of life, “Ignorance is bliss”, than to
struggle everyday to be aware of the wolf, disguised as a lamb, who
leads us astray in the most hidden and subtle and alluring ways. If
we do not persevere in this fatigue of trying to unmask the disguised
traps of our enemy, we will surely fall into them even while
believing that all is OK and fine, without looking back to see if all
is really OK and fine according to the true teachings of the
Magisterium of the Church.
This struggle is especially important today
if the ones who should help us in this endeavor according to their
God-given vocation, the fathers of the families, the priests and
bishops, are negligent in their duties, in warning the souls
entrusted to them of the wolf in sheep’s clothing. So
many Catholic wives have followed the nice lies of secular feminism
in concentrating on the faults of their husbands instead of nurturing
life in their husbands, in giving the proper place to their husbands
in the family according to the designs of God, inspiring their
husbands in their God-given vocation, so as to be not only the
provider for the family, but especially the protector of the family
especially at the spiritual level in a time when Satan sows more
beautiful lies than ever before, especially by way of the TV. How
many husbands have such a wife who patiently inspires him in his
vocation so that he has the help and strength to persevere in such a
contaminated world so as to have the courage to say: let us turn off
the TV and let us pray the Rosary, the “spiritual
television”?
“The Rosary is a popular prayer that we offer in
a filial way to Our Lady, as ‘Janua Caeli’ (= gate of heaven),
turning to her, almost in familiar conversation, our repeated
invocation, we allow ourselves to be introduces into the
contemplation of the ‘mysteries’, that is into the images of the
history of salvation, meditated in the light of her presence; and she
has us pass before the great scenes of the life of Jesus as if they
were superimposed on the humble events of our existence. It
is a type of spiritual television”
(Pope Paul VI; Angelus, October 3, 1976;

One
of the greatest forces working to DESTROY THE FAMILY and society is
radical feminism. The goals of feminism are: the destruction of
patriarchy; control of reproduction including contraception,
abortion, and reproductive technologies; destruction of the
fatherheaded family with divorce and illegitimacy made normal; all
women in the workforce, no man able to support his family and free 24
hour day care; destruction of all-male institutions; total sexual
liberation including sex for children, homosexuality, and
bisexuality; destruction of worship of God as father.

The
father is the head of the family and the mother is the heart of the
family. The heart is fundamentally important but the decisions
must be made with the head while listening to the heart. The father
must distinguish objective truth from truth according to our feelings
or sentiments. The same God who created us also gave us objective
truth and laws for our true good, the Ten Commandments, not Ten
Suggestions! “Christ said “I am the truth”; He did not say, “I
am the custom”.” – St. Toribio. When each father, priest or
bishop dies, god will ask each of them if they did everything they
could to bring not only themselves but each soul entrusted to them,
according to their state in life (the vocation given to them by God),
to heaven!
If someone did a great service for us but we did
not witness this great sacrifice, how many of us do not appreciate
very much this great act of love for us? Behold the wisdom of the
saint who tell us to meditate everyday
on the passion of Jesus Christ!
When
each father, priest or bishop dies, God will ask each of them if they
did everything they could to lead not only themselves but every soul
entrusted to them, by their state in life (their God-given vocation),
to heaven.
I
might start off with a very recent experience of the annual spiritual
exercises of my diocese of Perugia (January 18-22, 2016). At this
retreat there was one cardinal present, three bishops, and over 50
priests from the dioceses of Perugia and of Città di Castello. The
priest who offered us the meditations, two or three times a day for 4
days, was Padre Amedeo Cencini, who is much sought after here in
Italy in the formation of priests. Just about everyone was in
admiration of his intelligence and capacity to speak well. The theme
of the spiritual exercises was: “The pardoned thief (on the cross):
from penitent priest to priest confessor”.
Without going into detail or any critical
analysis, I only want to indicate a
couple of very fundamental lackings which occurred to me,
that no other priest seemed to realize. One was the fact that in four
days of meditations, Padre Amedeo did not mention even once the need
or at least the great help that can be obtained if one has a
childlike and trusting relationship with Mary, the Mother of God. I
do not recall hearing Mary mentioned even once in the meditations.
Another observation of mine was that in the
evening, from 19:00 to 19:40 before Vespers, there was adoration of
the cross, without the corpse of Christ on the cross, as is common in
the protestant churches, with the cross placed in front of the altar
with a spot light on it, and the tabernacle behind in darkness.
During these four days, there was never
a moment of Eucharistic adoration together as a group,
outside of the normal daily Mass. After having made a daily holy hour
before the Tabernacle in church for more than 15 years, I was very
surprised that they left the Tabernacle in the dark where there is
the Body, the Blood, the Soul and the Divinity of Jesus Christ in
Person!
For
me also there was lacking the explanation and help and encouragement
to develop a greater personal relationship with Christ by way of
meditating often on the passion of Christ. At one point, Padre
Amedeo said that the main suffering of Christ was due to the possible
loss of salvation of the thief; no other words or explanation was
given in the meditations about the nature of the suffering of Christ
on the cross. It seems to me that the saints tell us that the main
suffering of Christ is understood in the fact that Christ loves
immensely and thus suffers immensely due to the lack of response of
our love, just as anyone of us would suffer if someone we love very
much does not reciprocate our love. Christ loves infinitely more than
any of us are capable and thus suffers more than we can possibly
imagine due to our great indifference. In the meditations there was
no indication or reference or explanation of what the saints try to
tell us about the need to console and make reparation to the Sacred
Heart of Jesus and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Without this
compassion of true heartfelt love of the One Who suffers immensely on
the cross for each of us, due to our objective sins (which is what
truly does us harm), not just sins based on a psychological or a
sentimental or a feeling for sin, what kind of relationship do we
have with Jesus Christ?
During
the retreat, there was no mention or explanation of sin according to
Divine Revelation explained by the Church, but more of a
psychological explanation presented in an intelligent and elegant
way. The Servant of God, Archbishop Fulton Sheen, was also a very
good psychologist, but always maintained the proper priorities of the
fundamentals of our faith first and foremost. 70 years ago Fulton
Sheen was on all the TV stations in America. He wrote over a hundred
books and gave hundreds of retreats for priests and bishops,
encouraging them to do as he did everyday, a holy hour before the
Most Blessed Sacrament in church everyday. It is well know how Fulton
Sheen explained very well, according to the teachings of the
Magisterium of the Church, the importance of the Mother of God in
God’s design for our salvation.
Archbishop
Fulton Sheen was very capable of explaining the true fundamentals of
our faith in a clear and yet simple way so that just about
everyone could understand these saving truths in a very applicable
way while making the proper distinctions so as to not slide into
false truth, false love, false mercy or misguided compassion, or even
the Catholic faith based on psychology instead of the teachings of
the Son of God, Jesus Christ, explained by His Church, the Catholic
Church. It is rather interesting that Pope Francis has stopped the
beatification process of Archbishop Fulton Sheen!
But
in the end, my basic thought was how can I imitate the pardoned thief
– from penitent priest to priest confessor – without frequent
time spent in meditation on the passion of Christ, and spending much
time with Jesus in the Eucharist beyond just the Mass, and with the
help of Mary at the foot of the cross, as all of the saints have
shown to us by their examples and lives. I did not come away from
this retreat more in love for Jesus and Mary, nor did I feel more
encouraged to keep more and more my gaze on Jesus and Mary as all the
saints encourage us by their example and their writings (Ps 42:2;
27:4). Without this fundamental guidance and encouragement of the
retreat master, how easy it is for us priests to end up in doing what
most Catholics do today in regard to confession!?!
The secretary of the Congregation for Clergy,
Archbishop Mauro Piacenza, has lamented that many faithful no longer
confess their sins. Archbishop Piacenza told Vatican Radio (June
5, 2009) the sacrament of penance has been
experiencing a "deep crisis" for decades. Piacenza, an
official for the Vatican office on clergy, says FEWER PEOPLE
DISTINGUISH BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL, and as a result do not go to
confession. The archbishop said in an interview that if faithful do
not have a sense of sin, they might "confuse"
confession with "the couch of a psychologist or a psychiatrist."
He says the Vatican plans to publish this year (2009) a “vademecum

twenty Cardinal and more than 150 Bishops, more than 50,000 priests
and religious, have followed the Marian Movement for Priests,
receiving by way of the book which contains the messages, precious
teaching from the Mother of God, in this devastating attack of the
ecclesiastical Masonry on the sound doctrine of the Church and the
Sacraments, especially the Most Holy Eucharist.

a resemblance to the writings of Saint Louis de Montfort, Saint

each us, could communicate to those open to the caresses of Our Lady!

In the appendix, I offer other interesting information so as
to help us keep scratching our heads with our eyes open in a world,
and in particular in a Church (Catholic!?!), filled with more hidden
temptations and subtle and alluring deceptions, that seem good and
OK, than ever before.
Appendix:
Just as Jesus was crucified and buried 2000 years
ago, so too in this period the Body of
Christ, the Church, will be crucified and buried in
this period of the “great tribulation” (Mt 24:21). Afterwards
there will be the resurrection, that is, after the “Woman clothed
with the sun” (Rev 12:1) will crush the head of the serpent (Gen
3:15). Jesus was the high priest crucified for the redemption of the
world. A great number of the few priests who will remain faithful to
the immutable Truth in this period will undergo what Jesus, the
Redeemer, underwent for the purification of the Spouse of Christ, His
Church.
In
the messages of Our Lady to Don Stefano Gobbi one finds:
“I am especially close to the Church in
these last times, when she must
live through the bloody hour of her purification and of the great
tribulation. For her also, the plan of the Heavenly Father must be
carried out, and thus she is being called to climb the Calvary of her
immolation. This most beloved Daughter of mine will be stricken and
wounded, betrayed and despoiled, abandoned and led to the gibbet,
where she will be crucified.”

“You are called to be the new Johns,
who remain with me beneath the cross upon which the Church is again
being crucified and immolated for the salvation of the world.”
(December 31, 1994).
“A dark and cold sepulcher molds this poor
humanity, which is walking in the darkness of the rejection of God,
is worn out by the impetuous wind of the passions, and is slain by
sin, by egoism, by hatred and by impurity… A little while yet and
the door of this immense

A friend of mine here in Italy told me recently
that about five years ago she heard on
“Radio Maria” here in Italia, that
Pope John Paul II had confided to a close friend a few years before
his death that if he died at that point, the Masonic Pope would be
elected immediately. Thank God we had the blessing of several years
of the pontificate of Benedict XVI. But very recently there has come
to light articles and documents which substantiate what my friend
heard on the radio.

Danneels Admits: “Mafia Club” Opposed to Benedict XVI Plotted
Pope Francis Election
Cardinal
Danneels: The election of Pope Francis was the fruit of secret
meetings that radically liberal cardinals and bishops, organized by
Carlo Maria Martini, held for years at St. Gall in Switzerland. This
is what is claimed by Jürgen Mettepenningen and Karim Shelkens, the
authors of a just published biography of the Belgian Cardinal
Godfried Danneels.
The book reveals that the Cardinal was a regular
member of a secret pressure group of Churchmen that opposed Pope
Benedict XVI. Danneels said that what was officially but discreetly
labeled “the Sankt-Gallen group” was referred to by its members
as “the Mafia”. Its self-imposed aim
was to achieve a drastic reform of the Church, to make it “much
more modern”, and for Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio to head it.
The group met every year since 1996, and together
they organized the secret “resistance”
against Cardinal Ratzinger, who at that
time was the right-hand man of John Paul II. Their goal at the time
was to elect a “reformer” pope to eventually replace John Paul
II, in view of his nearing death, and to prevent at all costs the
election of Cardinal Ratzinger as Pope. The question that was put
more and more emphatically by the group was: “What after John Paul
II? How can we avoid Ratzinger as Pope?’”
When
Pope John Paul II died in 2005, the group already pushed the present
Pope to the fore, although in the end, Cardinal Ratzinger still got
elected despite their efforts. Eight years later, in 2013, they
finally got what they wanted, with Pope Francis re-shaping the Church
according to their original vision.
The
group counts amongst its members the most radically liberal bishops
and cardinals of the Church, such as Cardinal Walter Kasper,
Cardinal Karl Lehmann from Germany, Cardinal Achille Silvestrini from
Italy, Dutch Cardinal Adriann Van Luyn, Cardinal Basil Hume from
England, and the late Jesuit Cardinal Carlo Maria Martini.
Said
Schelkens in an interview this week: “The election of Cardinal
Bergoglio was prepared in Sankt-Gallen, without doubt. And the main
lines of the program the Pope is carrying out are those that Danneels
and Co were starting to discuss more than ten years ago.”

IN
VIOLATION OF PAPAL LAW: Saint John Paul II’s Apostolic
Constitution Universi Domini Gregis clearly forbids under pain of
automatic excommunication (i.e. immediately imposed, without
necessity of declaration) the canvassing for votes:
“81. The
Cardinal electors shall further abstain from any form of pact,
agreement, promise or other commitment of any kind which could oblige
them to give or deny their vote to a person or persons. If this were
in fact done, even under oath, I decree that such a commitment shall
be null and void and that no one shall be bound to observe it; and I
hereby impose the penalty of excommunication latae
sententiae upon those who violate this
prohibition. It is not my intention however to forbid, during the
period in which the See is vacant, the exchange of views concerning
the election.
82. I
likewise forbid the Cardinals before the election to enter into any
stipulations, committing themselves of
common accord to a certain course of action should one of them be
elevated to the Pontificate. These promises too, should any in fact
be made, even under oath, I also declare null and void.
83. With
the same insistence shown by my Predecessors,
I earnestly exhort the Cardinal electors not to allow themselves to
be guided, in choosing the Pope, by friendship or aversion, or to be
influenced by favour or personal relationships towards anyone, or to
be constrained by the interference of persons in authority or by
pressure groups, by the suggestions of the mass media, or by force,
fear or the pursuit of popularity. Rather, having before their eyes
solely the glory of God and the good of the Church, and having prayed
for divine assistance, they shall give their vote to the person, even
outside the College of Cardinals, who in their judgment is most
suited to govern the universal Church in a fruitful and beneficial
way.”
The
constitution of a “Mafia” like the Sankt-Gallen group is in clear
violation of that papal order. In another section Universi Domini
Gregis, St. John Paul II expounded further on this:
“79. Confirming the prescriptions of my
Predecessors, I likewise forbid anyone,
even if he is a Cardinal, during the Pope's lifetime and without
having consulted him, to make plans concerning the election of his
successor, or to promise votes, or to make decisions in this regard
in private gatherings.”
It
must be noted that St. John Paul II published the above papal law in
February 1996, the very year that the Sankt-Gallen group was formed.
Is the vote of a cardinal, who is automatically
excommunicated, canonically valid at a conclave?
The
above revelations reinforce the shocking claims of Dr. Austen
Ivereigh (author of the book, “The Great Reformer: Francis and the
Making of a Radical Pope”) who wrote that a group of Cardinals
actively “campaigned” for the election of Pope Francis, in
violation of the papal law.
The

personally chosen by Pope Francis to participate in the upcoming

stable relationship between partners of the same sex.”

Belgium in 2003.

MMP at Loreto, Italy, a man, who takes care of an old saintly bishop,

couple of friends of mine who live in Perugia told me that the
cathedral of Perugia on that day (May 14, 2015) was full of

Several people told me, one very reliable, that

knew from Perugia went to see Padre Pio, Padre Pio told each of them
that Perugia will end up without even
one stone upon another stone!

Club in Buenos Aires since 1999 was Cardinal BERGOGLIO.

In the United States “the Lions Club, the Rotary
Club, the Elks Club, the Loyal Order of Moose, the Oddfellows, the
Eagles, the Knights of Pythias, the Optimist Club, The Grange... the
list goes on and on and on. Nearly all
of these have at least their inspiration, if not even a basis in

It is also very interesting what Cardinal Burke
said after the Synod in October 2014:
“Many have expressed their concerns to
me. At this very critical moment, there is a strong sense that the
Church is like a ship without a rudder.” This was reported by
Religion News Service

But what Cardinal Burke actually said was: “like
a ship without a helm.” That’s very
different from a rudder. (Report abuse in

danger?!?

in defense of marriage, by five cardinals, was not allowed into last

After observing the lack of a guide (rudder, as
Cardinal Burke put it), in the Church, in particular during the two
Synods on the Family, as well as the bewilderment about most of the
appointments to very important positions in the Church by Pope
Francis, Matthew Bunson, on Ewtn News
Nightly expressed this concern and anxieties by many Catholics about
the upcoming Apostolic Exhortation of Pope Francis,
which will be released at the end of March. When Bunson was asked the
question: “Why do you think people are so upset?” Bunson replied:
“There’s concern, as there was leading into the Synod last year,
and throughout the Synod last year, about what was happening in some
of the areas of Church teaching especially in the area of Communion

Abby Johnson, who had herself two abortions,
worked for Planned Parenthood for 8 years;
she was a clinic director at a facility in Texas; during my time with
Planned Parenthood she participated in more than 20,000 abortions.
When Abby witnessed a live ultrasound guided abortion procedure where
she saw a 13 week old baby fight and struggle for his life during
that abortion, she left the Planned Parenthood in 2009. Now Abby is
helping many Planned Parenthood workers to do as she did in order to

“There was a lot of healing that had to be
done in my marriage because I had so
emasculated him through my work of Planned Parenthood. Neutered him.
I did not give him the role that he was supposed to have, that was
God-given, to have in our home. If it had not been for the teachings
of the Catholic Church on the role of men, on the role of women, the
sacrament of marriage, we do not know if our marriage would have made
it, because we needed that very intimate healing, so that I could
give him his rightful place inside of our marriage… Women are life
givers and life bearers. And part of giving life is also giving that
life to our husbands and to our families.
“Before leaving Planned Parenthood,
I went into a breakout workshop called “Anti-choice harassment”.
I walked away from that remembering one thing that I was so glad that
I took this away. They did some analysis on no show rates. So when a
woman has an appointment for an abortion but she just doesn’t show
up. They found that the no-show rate is about 20%. But they said that
when there are people outside praying in front of these clinics, the
no-show rate goes up to 75%!”
THERE IS A STRONG CONTRAST between what Abby
Johnson tells us and that which two bishops, nominated by Pope
Francis, say:
“I DO NOT IDENTIFY WITH the expressionless faces
of those who recite the Rosary outside the clinics who practice
interruption of pregnancy” [“l’interruzione della gravidanza”]
(an interview published by “Quotidiano Nazionale”, May 12, 2014).
IT IS UNBELIEVABLE
that these words were pronounced by the new (12-30-2013) GENERAL
SECRETARY OF THE ITALIAN EPISCOPAL CONFERENCE, MONSIGNOR
NUNZIO GALANTINO!
It would be nice if the secretary of the CEI
might try to reflect on the words of Blessed Mother Teresa of
Calcutta: “I feel the greatest destroyer of peace today is
abortion, because it is a direct war, a direct killing - direct
murder by the mother herself. … Because if a mother can kill her
own child - what is left for me to kill you and you to kill me -
there is nothing between”.
Dating from 2011, we see Bishop Blase Cupich
banning Adoration throughout the
Diocese of Spokane, Washington, and
implementing a complete and total ban on priests in the Diocese from
taking part in public pro-life activities.
Bishop Cupich, the newly nominated archbishop of Chicago (September
22, 2014), said: “Pope Francis doesn’t want cultural warriors; he
doesn’t want ideologues.”
In
a short video clip broadcasted often on EWTN TV, we see a man running
fast toward a cliff, while one hears the message:
“This year America will give birth to 4 million
children. 260 children will die from pneumonia. 1500 will die from
abuse. 1.3 million children will die by abortion.” Then written at
the end of the video clip after the man stops just short of falling
over the cliff: “WHERE IS THE HUMAN
RACE HEADED?”

We hear very often from the mouth of Pope Francis
variations on the phrase: “You must
not exclude anyone”. How has the
Magisterium of the Church always conveyed this phrase to the
faithful?
The Magisterium of the Church has always done as
St Thomas summarizes it: “Rarely affirm,
seldom deny, always distinguish.” Thus
we must “always distinguish”, in
particular the understanding and the application of the phrase: “You
must not exclude anyone”.
Just about all of the bishops promoted by Pope
Francis in the last 2 to 3 years have interpreted this phrase that
you must not exclude any Catholic from receiving Holy Communion,
including the divorced and remarried (without an annulment, and thus
with a possible valid first marriage) and those who are living in a
homosexual lifestyle. But the Church has always remained faithful to
the Words of Christ and the laws of God which are given to us for our
true good by a God who loves each of us. “What
therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder”
(Mk 10:9; Mt 19:6). “And I say to you: whoever divorces his wife,
except for unchastity, and marries another, commits adultery; and he
who marries a divorced woman, commits adultery” (Mt 19:9; 5:32; Lk
16:18; 1Cor 7:10-13). The Church has always been faithful to Divine
Revelation that sex outside of marriage does great harm to those
involved, and to the whole of the Body of Christ, the Church.
The
Church has always rightly taught that each person has the free will
TO EXCLUDE HIMSELF from the saving graces of God by not living
what we as Catholics say in the Act of Contrition: “I firmly
resolve, with the help of Thy grace, to sin no more, and to avoid the
near occasion of sin” (sin according to God explained by His
Church, the Magisterium of the Church, not according to the disguised
egoism of relativism of each person or of the world!). Since God is
love, God respects our choice, and will not force anyone to pass
eternity in the presence of the Absolute Truth Who is God!
As pointed out above, with the great lack of the
presence of fathers of families who live their God-given vocations
according to God, we now have several generations of people who have
grown up without the fundamental formation and example, from age 0 to
12, from such a good Christian father, who
showed by his example that we cannot follow our feelings and
sentiments in regard to God’s laws,
but we must pray to have the strength to follow the objective law as
God gave us his laws for our true and long lasting good. Without
having acquired self-discipline from the example of our fathers, it
is extremely easy to go along with the culture of relativism today
and to justify just about any behavior according to our feelings,
sentiments and the people around us who do likewise.
In this atmosphere of relativism all around us,
and with very few voices from good Christian fathers or pastors to
show us the true way to true happiness with the cross of Christ and
much prayer, we automatically embrace
the easy way of false love, false mercy and misguided compassion
under the bombardment of the main tool
of Satan today, the television.
By now, with the great majority of Catholics
brainwashed in subjectivism and relativism, those who proclaim with
their true Christian examples and their words the true teachings of
the Church, are more and more treated badly, even though the
authentic teachings and example of Christ is what offers us true
happiness and freedom (Jn 8:32). The true fathers and pastors of
Christ are accused of excluding sinners,
when in fact, these true followers of Christ love the sinner but hate
the sin which is what does the most harm to us and to all of society.
Thus when we hear from the highest ranking Church leaders say, “Who
am I to judge?” without “always distinguishing”, there is great
damage done in confirming the very destructive atmosphere of
relativism instead of warning the souls of the powerful and hidden
poison of the wolf disguised as a lamb.
If people are not used to “distinguishing
always” according to the revealed Truth of God, they
do not understand the difference between true ecumenism and false
ecumenism. True ecumenism, which is
based on true Christian love, respects the beliefs of others. False
ecumenism, which is not based on true Christian love, does not
respect the beliefs of others, and encourages each person or group to
put aside that which the majority are not comfortable with, to arrive
at reductionism to the lowest common denominator of truths and
sources of grace which is accepted by everyone. Thus, above all, the
Catholics must get rid of the Sacraments, the guidance of the
Magisterium of the Church and the Mother of God! But these are our
most powerful helps to discern God’s holy will and to live God’s
holy will, exactly what the world and the Church need most today!
It is no longer politically correct to say what we
proclaim at Baptism or during the liturgy on Easter Sunday: “Do you
reject Satan, and all his works, and all his empty promises?” This
would be interpreted today as bigotry as if TO
EXCLUDE ones right to choose sin and to
choose Satan. Why is it not considered bigotry today to not allow
true Christian the right to choose to live and to proclaim the Ten
Commandments, which are for our true good?
With so many fatherless homes, children are used
to mercy without any obligation to shape up, to man up, to change
their lives after the example of a good father. Now these children
are older but have remained immature. Satan
is now ready to push society and the Church over the cliff
and approve at the highest levels, even in the Catholic Church, false
love, false mercy and misguided compassion, with no more obligation
to live the saving Ten Commandments.

symbolizes the union of Christ with His Church, it will be attacked

procreation of illegitimate children born without the blessing of the

There is less prayer than ever before,
more sin than ever before, even worse, indifference as if sin no
longer exists, and so we have given much greater power to “the
father of lies”, Satan (Jn 8:44). In particular Satan has more
power to “disguise himself as an angel
of light” (2Cor 11:14), to offer his
very deadly beautiful lies as if they were the “truth that sets us
free” (Jn 8:32)!
Thus it is very important in
these times of great confusion, when
even Catholic bishops are no longer in agreement about the
fundamentals of our faith and morals, to not only pray much and to
study the Catechism of the Catholic Church for adults, but to
keep our eyes open so as not to fall into the beautiful lies of Satan
presented as if they were the Truth!
