A good friend of mine sent me the following email on February 15, 2021:
Dear Rev. Joe,
Always great for those of us from the old BCF fellowship to receive an update on your ministry in Italy. And I did talk with Bill Riley last evening. That was when he asked me to send the email prayer request you received today. Also, I had a couple of questions, in relation to events of 1975!
Our daughter Rebecca asks me to write an essay each week, with the recent topic being about my recollections of getting married in 1975. You were there, and have an excellent memory for events from long ago. I'm wondering if you might be able to answer a question that came up while writing the essay about our wedding.
I handed someone at the Hollywood Presbyterian Church chapel a primitive cassette recorder to save an audio track of the ceremony. The person who handled this sat on the right "groom's side" in a pew near the front of the church. I don't suppose you handled the recording, or recall who did?
Well, enough of probing distant memories. But, I do sincerely thank you for any response and deeply respect your many years of devotion to the Church.
God bless,
John

The following is my reply to John’s email on February 15, 2021
Dear John,
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately I do not recall too much about the wedding. It is much easier to make an audio recording today with digital!
I have often thought about sending an email to “the old BCF fellowship”; I even started to write several emails to you and the BCF fellowship, but I never sent them. But may I be very open and honest and transparent with you John???
All of you share among each other your faith journey, which is a precious gift to yourselves from God as well as to others. Since leaving UCLA God has led me on a real profound life-changing faith journey that only now can I look back and begin to understand only a little of the significance of this gift from God. They say here in Italy “Chi non va’ avanti, va’ indietro”, “Those who do not go forward, go backwards”. Thus God has led me forward much faster and more profoundly than just about all my Catholic and Christian friends. What I am trying to say is that being led toward the fullness of the Truth, with much suffering, I discover that I have less and less in common with just about all of my former Catholic and Christian friends who did not go forward in their faith, and thus slid backwards ever more into subjectivism and relativism, which basically means that they no longer struggled every day to discover God’s holy will and God’s holy truth according to God, but rather they began to more and more seek the truth from themselves, not from God, according to the way they wanted the truth to be. This is what the world around us instills in us whether we realize it or not. Thus where can we begin a conversation or a dialogue about religion or about God or about Jesus Christ or about Truth, if we have ended up with very little in common regarding these most fundamental things???
A person who has allowed himself to slide into subjectivism and relativism does not realize he has slid into subjectivism and relativism and no longer seeks the objective truth from what God has revealed throughout the ages, which is generally called Divine Revelation. We all know how often the Israelites strayed from God, and how God, through suffering, brought back those willing to obey God instead of themselves. But how does God continue this same renewal in the New Testament after the coming of Christ?
You made reference in your email about your wedding ceremony with Annette who I knew equally well as you in 1971; how many ping pong games we played together at Hedrick Hall? But John, can I be totally open and honest and transparent with you, even at the risk of offending you??? Do you really realize that if a person loves a human being more than God, this love for a human being ends up being very shallow love and even false love, as Jesus clearly indicates in the Gospels (Mt 10:37; Lk 14:26)? In 1975 why did you not love Annette enough to help her love God more than you??? So that her love for you would be much more profound and rich, not only for God but also for you? Why did you not help Annette do a true and thorough discernment about abandoning her Catholic faith and embracing your faith so as to marry you? As you know, in Korea the majority of Christians are Catholic.
“He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he who loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me…” (Mt 10:37). “If any one come to me and does not hate his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be my disciple” (Lk 14:26).
Do you take God, Jesus, as a wishy washy person? Do you really believe one of the fundamental lies of the “father of lies” (Jn 8:44) that all Christian religions are basically the same, syncretism? Are we more concerned with human respect than what God wants? Are we so accustomed to interpreting passages from the Bible according to our own head without making any reference to all of Divine Revelation, and believing that my interpretation is OK?
To believe that one Christian religion is as good as another is a very grave offense against God! There are fundamental differences and contradictions between different Christian religions. Jesus is the unchanging eternal truth (Jn 14:6). There are more than 30,000 independent Christian groups in the USA alone, often interpreting important passages of Sacred Scripture in contradictory ways. I have often wondered how a Christian can read chapter 6 of the Gospel of John and still insist that Jesus was only talking about a symbol!
When Pope Paul VI issued his prophetic encyclical, “HUMANAE VITAE” (1968), there was an incredible negative reaction not only on the part of the laity who wanted to enjoy the pleasures of sexual relationships without any responsibility or openness to life by using artificial birth control, but even on the part of a great number of priests and bishops, even entire Episcopal conferences (e.g., the ‘Winnipeg Statement’ of the Canadian Bishops)! BEFORE 1930 ALL MAINLINE PROTESTANT DENOMINATIONS WERE IN ACCORD WITH THE CATHOLIC CHURCH that the use of artificial birth control was a grave evil and a serious sin. When the Anglican Church changed its stance in 1930 (Lambeth Conference) the other protestants churches quickly followed suit while Pope Pius XI reaffirmed the Catholic Church’s constant teaching on this grave evil in his encyclical Casti Cannubii (1930). Do we believe that we can make it to heaven without imitating Christ crucified to overcome our egoism and to learn to truly love, without being generous to life (“be fruitful and multiply”; Gen 1:28; 9:1,7; 26:24; 38:8-10; Ps 8:6-9; 127:3-5; Sir 17:2-4; Ex 1:7; Wis 9:2; 10:2; etc.)? More than ever before, a great number of Christians today want and embrace a Christianity without the cross! "If any man would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it; and whoever loses his life for my sake, he will save it” (Lk 9:23-24; Mt 16:24-25).
In an important document of the Catholic Church, “Dignitatis Humanae”, the Catholic Church teaches against indifferentism and against subjectivism: “All men are bound to seek the truth, especially in what concerns God and his Church, and to embrace it and hold on to it as they come to know it. The sacred Council likewise proclaims that these obligations bind man’s conscience. … So while the religious freedom which men demand in fulfilling their obligation to worship God has to do with freedom from coercion in civil society, it leaves intact the traditional Catholic teaching on the moral duty of individuals and societies towards the true religion and the one Church of Christ” (DH 1; The Declaration of Religious Liberty; http://schis-trad.blogspot.it/2008/03/religious-liberty-of-vcii.html; http://www.vatican.va/archive/hist_councils/ii_vatican_council/documents/vat-ii_decl_19651207_dignitatis-humanae_en.html).
Even though Jesus always offered mercy to sinners, He never offered any compromise with the will of His Father, or with the Truth of God, or with the law of God. “Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away” (Mk 31:31). “Think not that I have come to abolish the law and the prophets; I have come not to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the law until all is accomplished” (Mt 5:17-18; 24,35). There are many fundamental differences between Christian religions. Do we believe we can play with the Truth, Who is Jesus (Jn 14:6), and just say that Christian religions are basically the same? Is this not worse than insulting Christ?
John, this period of time is the most deceptive time in the history of the world and of Christianity!
“For false Christs and false prophets will arise and show great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect” (Mt 24:24).
“Therefore God sends upon them a strong delusion, to make them believe what is false, so that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness” (2Thess 2:11-12).
“I heard, but I did not understand. Then I said, “O my lord, what shall be the issue of these things?” He said, “Go your way, Daniel, for the words are shut up and sealed until the time of the end. Many shall purify themselves, and make themselves white, and be refined; but the wicked shall do wickedly; and none of the wicked shall understand; but those who are wise shall understand.” (Dan 12:8-10).
Do we have so little humility so as to believe that this deception could never happen to us!?! If you would have helped Annette to put God before John Jackson, Annette could have ended up offering you greater gifts than you can possibly imagine! Are we afraid to go forward in daily seeking the truth with the risk of having to change our lives and even great suffering and humiliations? At the end of the life of Jesus, He was totally humiliated and crucified. Are we truly followers of Christ? Do we follow only Christ risen, but not Christ crucified?
Perhaps now you can understand a little of why I hesitated and did not write an email for quite a while. We do not have the same common foundation of the deposit of truth, or even the need to seek the truth every day not from our own heads and intelligence but from outside of our heads from creation and from Divine Revelation. This takes true humility. I find it rather interesting that Jesus only told us once in the four Gospels to learn from Him! “Learn from me; for I am gentle and lowly in heart” (Mt 11:29-30). The saints tell us that without humility, there is no virtue. Saint Augustine puts it this way: “It was pride that changed angels into devils; it is humility that makes men as angels. Humility is the foundation of all the other virtues. The soul in which this virtue does not exist, there cannot be any other virtue except in mere appearance. There is something in humility that strangely exalts the heart. This is the very perfection of man, to find out about his own imperfections. You must be emptied of that which you are full that you may be filled with that which you are empty. The greater the building is to be, the deeper you dig the foundation. For once your foundation is set, the height to which you can build has been determined. You want a tower that will pierce the clouds, lay first the foundation of humility. Humility must accompany all of our actions. For as soon as we glory in our good works, they are of no further value for our advancement in virtue.”
I might also add that if you do not understand the greatest gifts and powers that Christ left us here on earth, you cannot understand the main targets of Satan in this period of the “great tribulation” (Mt 24:21) when even the elect might be lead astray, if possible (Mt 24:24). If we do not understand the main targets of our mortal enemy, who is extremely intelligent, how can we understand what is the “great apostasy” (2Thess 2:3-4) before the manifestation of the Antichrist, or the “Abomination of desolation” for 1290 days (Mt 24:15) when “the continual burnt offering is taken away, and the abomination that makes desolate is set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.” (Dan 12:11; 9:27; 11:31)!
John, let us not worry about “an audio track of the ceremony”, but rather open our eyes to the greatest deception and dangers to our eternal souls in the history of the world and of the Church! If you read some of my articles you will find why I believe that the “great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be” (Mt 24:21) will begin this year and last 1290 days.
I am also convinced from various studies, that the prophecy of Zechariah is for our times: `An oracle of the Lord: I will strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be completely scattered; and then I will turn my hand against the little ones. `An oracle of the Lord: In all the land, two thirds of them will be cut off and perish; and one third shall be left. `I will pass this third through fire; I will refine it as silver is refined, test it as gold is tested. `It will call upon my Name, and I will hear it; I will say:"This is my people.” And it will say: “The Lord is my God.” ‘ (cf. Zec 13:7-9)”
You can find further explanation of this passage in my article: “Do Not Abandon the Church” (http://spir-food.blogspot.it/2017/12/do-not-abandon-church.html).
John, true love does not worry about offending a friend if it means helping this person to put first things first, maintain the proper priorities. Eternity is more important than this short life. How easily we fall into a religious attitude, as has so many Catholic priests and lay people around me, that the devil, hell and sin do not exist since God loves us and offers us his mercy, so I can continue to live as I see fit without taking the risk of trying to discover if what I am doing is really the holy will of God.
I wrote in one of my articles to more than 150 of my fellow priests in my diocese here in Perugia, Italy: “Jesus said that “the truth will make you free” (Jn 8:32). But Jesus was talking about the Truth of God, not of the world. We are living in a world more full of falsehoods than ever before - beautiful deadly lies from “the father of lies” (Jn 8:44), presented as if they were the truth, hidden destructive deceptions - such as the devil, hell and sin no longer exist!!! Why did Jesus refer to hell in the four Gospels about 70 times? Why did Our Lady of Fatima show the three children hell, and the many souls which go to hell every day, in July 1917? God does not send anyone to hell; many people do not want to spend eternity with God because they decide the truth for their lives, not God. In heaven there is room for only one God, not two! “The chief punishment of hell is eternal separation from God” (CCC 1035). The great majority of the pastors today “are all DUMB DOGS, they cannot bark” (Is 56:10; Pope St. Gregory the Great, Office of Readings, Sunday and Saturday, Week 27 of OT; Sermon of St. Augustine on the Shepherds, Office of Readings, Weeks 24-25, OT), and thus do not warn the sheep of the very sly wolf, Satan, and his very numerous collaborators! These poor pastors, who seek to please men who want a false Christianity without the cross of Christ, who seek glory before men (Jn 5:44; Mt 6:1-6, 16-18; Gal 1:10), offer misguided compassion and half truths (which are worse than lies!), especially to speak only about mercy without “GO AND SIN NO MORE” (Jn 8:11; 5:14)! Why are families today falling apart more than ever before? Why do we close our eyes to the true causes and to our great responsibility, as pastors, for this great tragedy and the great damage to the children deprived of a father and a mother? How many people, and in particular, how many pastors have embraced the easier way of “IGNORANCE IS BLISS”? Are we good shepherds, ready to lay down our lives for the sheep, and lose human esteem, in order to protect the sheep, or are we hirelings (Jn 10:11-13). Our Lady continually asks us to pray for priests and bishops!”
In this article you will get some idea of how hard Satan has worked, in a hidden and subtle way, to change the true faith not only for a great number of Catholic priests and bishops, but also for a great number of Christians. Visit: “Dear Fellow Priests – Holy Christmas 2020” (https://spir-food.blogspot.com/2020/12/dear-fellow-priests-holy-christmas-2020.html)
Dear John, heaven is not automatic as Satan promotes. Let us pray for each other so as to seek the uncomfortable Truth of God every day, and follow Jesus all the way to Calvary so as to maintain the true hope of eternal salvation.
Your true friend,
Rev. Joe

Email from John Jackson on March 11, 2021.
Dear Rev. Joe,
To borrow from your email of February 27 last, may I be very honest and transparent? Please take no offense, as none is intended.
You took a little time to reply to my email inquiry about a remote event of interest to our innocent daughter, and I needed a few days to seek the Lord’s guidance on how best to respond to your encyclical. I most wanted to reflect well on His family's reputation. Admittedly an apple and orange comparison, but if a doctor were to publish abroad diagnoses and proposed therapeutics for a client not seen, examined or retested in five decades, he might expect a malpractice claim to come his way, even action against his license for violation of patient confidentiality. I'm sure my point is an easy intellectual exercise to understand. But permit me to ask, how would your heart feel should I contact all on their mailing list at the old parish in Barstow or the present one in Italy with concerns about your actions and spiritual maturity, some 46 years ago after we last saw each other face to face?!
We all speak and write with different styles, but I detected something in the tone of your email that troubled me. That being said, if I somehow wounded you long ago or in some way offended you more recently, may I ask privately that you please forgive me. And may we openly conduct ourselves in a fitting manner to help answer our Lord's prayer at the end of His earthly ministry, that His disciples become famous for their miraculous unity and supernatural love for one another.
Thankful for your true friendship in Christ,
John

The following is my reply to John’s email on March 11, 2021
Dear John,
I was very saddened, I was very “troubled” by your email!
In my previous email, I indicated very important issues that you did not even mention. The only thing that “troubled” you was human respect, what people think of you, but not what God thinks of you!!! Jesus is the Truth (Jn 14:6). There are fundamental differences among the thousands of independent Christian groups. Christ always was ready to offer mercy to a repentant sinner but without any compromises as so many pastors offer today so as to not lose friends and followers and glory before men (Lk 6:26; 16:14-15; Jn 12:43; 5:44; 12:43; Rom 2:29; 1Cor 4:5; Gal 1:10). Christ was ready to lose all of his followers and even his apostles so as not to compromise with the truth regarding the Eucharist (Jn 6:67). True friends offer the whole truth, not half truths which are worse than lies!
“He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he who loves son or DAUGHTER more than me (the Truth) is not worthy of me…” (Mt 10:37). “If any one come to me and does not hate his own father and mother and WIFE and CHILDREN and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be my disciple” (Lk 14:26).
And yet it seems that these very important issues about the Truth (about Jesus), and about how we are to live these truths, are not very important to you, as if each of us can subjectively interpreted these truths the way we human beings like to interpret them, in one way or another, as if we as humans can change these truths anyway we like!?! Do you really believe God is happy if we do this? Do you really believe that we will automatically enter eternally life if we do this???
If I do not care one way or the other about some of the fundamental truths of our Christian faith and so I do not seek to discover the proper interpretation of Christian truths according to God, what will Jesus say to me when I die? If I am not concerned if the Eucharist is only a symbol or if the Eucharist is truly the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ, what will Jesus say to me when I die? I think He will say that I did not care about discovering and knowing the real Jesus. If I am not concerned about how God wants me to use the great gift of my sexuality, how can I really believe that this does not matter to God and does not affect my wellbeing?!? What kind of a Christian am I if I do not even care to discover the Truth Who is Jesus Christ (Jn 14:6)? If you are not seeking the truth outside of yourself or outside of your group, how can you say you are seeking Jesus Christ who is the truth??? We can only love someone only to the point that we know this person.
Eternity is much more important than this short life! But how many Christians are more concerned about this short life than eternity? How many Christians take for granted their salvation without seeking to discover what it really takes to arrive at a place so great as Heaven? “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man conceived, what God has prepared for those who love Him” (1Cor 2:9; Is 64:3; Jer 3:16)! How many Christians assume that whatever they believe is always in accord with God, as if they are God? Behold radical subjectivism, which is perhaps the greatest trap of Satan today and at the same time the trap most hidden and undetected.
You wrote: “how would your heart feel should I contact all on their mailing list at the old parish in Barstow or the present one in Italy with concerns about your actions and spiritual maturity …” I hope I would be very happy and grateful!!! It is almost impossible for a person who has slid into subjectivism for many years to realize he is in subjectivism and the very great danger of being in subjectivism. Thus the only thing you were “troubled” about was what other people think but not about what God thinks or about the possibility of losing eternal salvation!!! People in subjectivism for many years do not seriously listen to or dialogue with those not in agreement with themselves since they are the source of truth or that God is always in agreement with “my” truth or assessment of any given situation or decision.
If you sent to me the same email that I sent to you, and my reaction was the same as yours, and then I died and went to hell even though I was sure to be going to heaven, I think that I would regret (if possible in hell) that I was so concerned about what other human being thought of me rather than the real objective state of my soul before God, according to the eternal truth of God, not according to my subjective interpretation of the “truth” of God, or of the subjective interpretation of the group of Christians that I spend time with. On the other hand, if your email to me helped me to wake up and to jolt me out of years of my convenient personal subjectivism and I began to ask questions from people who might be able to explain to me the proper interpretation of Divine Revelation, so as to discover my real situation before God, and to convert accordingly and thus save myself, I would be eternally grateful to you even though my “friends” on earth might have thought less of me. If we are friends, does that mean I must tell you what you want to hear?!?
I am amazed at your PRIORITIES John, or rather I am very saddened and “troubled” at your priorities. Why was Jesus crucified? Because He was so worried about what others thought of Him??? Why were most of the prophets in the Old Testament killed and many saints killed, because they were “troubled” about losing friends and human respect, rather than proclaiming the whole uncomfortable truth? “Am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still pleasing men, I should not be a servant of Christ.” (Gal 1:10). Even the scribes and the chief priests had to admit that Jesus had no regard for human respect: “Teacher, we know that you speak and teach rightly, and SHOW NO PARTIALITY, but truly teach the way of God” (Lk 20:21; Mk 12:13; Mt 22:16). Eternity is more important than this short life! We cannot imagine how much Christ suffers due to our indifference and easy compromises with the truth.
It seems that it is of very little importance to you to seek to discover the Truth according to God especially regarding the most important tenants of truth, such as is the Eucharist only a symbol or is it really what Jesus said it is, His Body and Blood? If we do not care to discover the truth in the most important issues of our faith, how can we say we love Jesus who is the truth (Jn 14:6)???
John, I’m not saying that I have all the answers in my pocket. If I follow only my own head or the group that is in agreement with me, and only my own ideas about faith and morals, I will end up in hell for all eternity. In heaven there is room for only one God, not TWO!!! I have heard it said that the sign above the gates of hell is written the title of the song sung by Frank Sinatra years ago: “I Did It My Way”! Behold the hidden great danger of subjectivism. A priest theologian, Fr. Edward Krause, Ph.D.; Gannon University, described relativism as acid rain because it destroys everything in a hidden way and people do not seek a solution to the grave problem since they do not realize they have a grave problem which truly threatens their eternal salvation. He said:
“RELATIVISM IS LIKE ACID RAIN; IT IS AS IF THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG, GOOD OR EVIL. You have your way of looking at it, I have my way of looking at it. “Different strokes for different folks”; until of course someone steals your car. Then you may not think that it is irrelevant. Then the truth matters because you want your car back. There is an objective morality. Pope John Paul II was applauded during his United Nations speech (October 5, 1995) as long as he was talking about global ethics; but as soon as he got down to individual ethics, the people developed hearing problems. MORAL RELATIVISM HURTS EVERYONE, YOU CANNOT AVOID IT; IT IS LIKE THE ATMOSPHERE. (http://www.vatican.va/holy_father/john_paul_ii/speeches/1995/october/documents/hf_jp-ii_spe_05101995_address-to-uno_en.html).”
I wrote to all the priests in my diocese the following paragraph for Christmas 2020:
(Keep in mind that the first target of Satan is to destroy the Catholic Church; a very great number of priests and bishops today have been led into subjectivism and relativism.)
If I realize and believe that the Truth comes from God not from me, and I have a little virtue, especially humility, I should be willing to listen to someone who says to me that what I wrote or said was not in harmony with what God has revealed to us throughout human history (called Divine Revelation), while quoting documents of the Church. But if I believe or feel that the truth comes from me, I will not be willing to dialogue with anyone not in agreement with me, as have done all the dictators in the history of the world. By throwing out the precious laws of God, we quickly go toward “might makes right” as it is in hell!
Why is there no dialogue today with the cardinals, bishops, priests and lay people who tell us that we must remain faithful to the Truth of God revealed in all the centuries, the Truth that does not change with the world? If we believe to be so intelligent and enlightened today in the “modern Church”, to be able to finally interpret all of Divine Revelation in the right way, why are we so afraid to dialogue with those who clearly and simply explain to us certain profound and radical breaks with the Divine Revelation throughout time? “For everyone who does evil HATES THE LIGHT, and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed” (Jn 3:19-21). The Light is Jesus, the Light is the Truth (Jn 14:6)!

https://josephdwight.wordpress.com/2020/12/23/dear-fellow-priests-holy-christmas-2020/
I would be very happy if you would share with the souls entrusted to me a similar email that I sent to you!!! Is what people think of me more important than the salvation of my immortal soul and the salvation of the immortal souls entrusted to me as a pastor?!? “Every one who acknowledges me (the Truth) before men, the Son of man also will acknowledge before the angels of God; but he who denies me before men (subjectivism) will be denied before the angels of God” (Lk 12:8-9).
After I am dead, and you did not send me such an email, and someone ended up in hell because he did not receive such an email, I ask, what is more important, human respect or eternal salvation???
There were more than one million martyrs in the first three centuries of the Church. Many early Christians could not conceive of being true followers of Christ is they were not ready and willing to follow Jesus all the way to Calvary on the cross. This is why many Christians followed Saint Anthony of the desert so as to imitate Christ in his passion and crucifixion by going into the desert.
Dear John, a person with true love sends emails even if there is the risk that the friend might feel “troubled” after reading the email, as so many people were “troubled” after listening to the true prophets of God and to Jesus Christ! Take the time to explain to me how I am not following certain fundamental truths according to all of Divine Revelation! With so many different interpretations of the Sacred Scriptures on very important and fundamental truths among thousands of independent Christian groups, what did Jesus Christ offer to us for this very great danger, since the discovery and living of the truth of God depends our eternal salvation???
John, do you have the courage to send this email to the other members of this BCF email group so as to help them seek the whole uncomfortable truth which truly sets us free (Jn 8:32)? Do you really love them or is human respect more important?
We must pray for each other and encourage each other in this period of the world. We must encourage each other not toward more comfortable subjectivism, but toward the whole objective truth which is always connected with the cross of Christ. Jesus and Mary are nearer to us when we are in great suffering if we continue to pray and to seek to discover and do God’s holy will even if we must change our lives and suffer with Jesus so as to be his true disciples. “If any man would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me” (Lk 9:23; Mt 16:24). The next few years will be more difficult than in any time in human history. We are the “generation” (Mt 24:34) of which Jesus spoke about: “For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, and never will be” (Mt 24:21)! Do you remember how many disciples and apostles abandoned Jesus during his passion? It will not be any different in this period of the crucifixion of Jesus with his Body, the Church! How do we help each other prepare for such a period? Whether you believe it or not John, the abolition of the daily Sacrifice consists the horrible sacrilege accomplished by the Antichrist, which will last about three and a half years, namely, one thousand two hundred and ninety days (Dan 12:11; Mt 24:15). The “daily Sacrifice” is the Holy Mass, the Eucharist, that your wife abandoned so as to marry you. It is precisely now that we need the Eucharist more than ever before! The only verse in the whole Bible with the number 666 is when many disciples rejected Jesus’ teaching on the Eucharist, John 6:66!!!
In my article, “Italy Will Soon Lose the Eucharist” (https://spir-food.blogspot.com/2020/01/italy-will-soon-lose-eucharist.html), I wrote: “The saints tell us that the Catholic Church is the soul of the world. Above all what sustains the Church is the Most Holy Eucharist (Vat. II: LG 11; CCC 1324). Even though the great majority of the baptized Catholics have lost their faith in the Eucharist, Satan knows very well what the Eucharist is and that it is the Eucharist above all which “restrains” Satan (2Thess 2:3-4). Satan already deprived the Protestants of the Eucharist 400 years ago, just as Satan did for many disciples of Jesus (Jn 6:66) 2000 years ago. Thus we are finally quickly arriving to the great prophecy to which Jesus referred to (Mt 24:15) in the Book of Daniel: “And from the time that the continual burnt offering is taken away, and the abomination that makes desolate is set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.” (Dan 12:11; 7:25; 9:27).”
Writing about the second coming of Jesus Christ in the second letter to the Thessalonians, St. Paul tells us: “Let no one deceive you in any way; for that day will not come, unless the REBELLION (APOSTASY) COMES FIRST, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God. Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you this? And you know what is RESTRAINING him now so that he may be revealed in his time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains it will do so until he is out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, and the Lord Jesus will slay him with the breath of his mouth and destroy him by his appearing and his coming” (2Thess 2:3-8).
That which is “RESTRAINING” the manifestation of the Antichrist, “man of lawlessness” (2Thess 2:3-8), is the Most Holy Eucharist of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, “the continual burnt offering” (Dan 8:11; 12:11), which will be taken away, and the “sacrifice and offering” will cease (Dan 9:27), which Jesus foretold (Mt 24:15). This sacrilege is the ultimate “ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION” (Mt 24:15; Mk 13:14; 2Thess 2:3-4; Dan 9:27; 11:31; 12:11)!
I wrote in my article, “Italy Will Soon Lose the Eucharist” (https://spir-food.blogspot.com/2020/01/italy-will-soon-lose-eucharist.html):”When the survivors see what happens to the world without the Eucharist in the churches around the world, they will finally believe in the incredible greatness of the Most Holy Eucharist! It would have been better to believe before the “great tribulation”!!!” After this “great tribulation” (Mt 24:21), this purification of the world and of the Church, all survivors will believe in the Eucharist!
I am praying for you and Annette and your daughter. I hope you are doing to same for me.
