The FALSE POPE - Saint Hildegard

INTRODUCTION:

THE FALSE POPE, THE FALSE PROPHET, THE SECOND BEAST OF THE APOCALYPSE!

With the resignation of Pope Benedict, some say, and rightly so, to not exaggerate, or imagine or fabricate many things letting the mind run away. They say that God will not abandon us and that He will provide, which is true. But many times there is an underlying attitude of this flowery hope that the providence of God means the exclusion of great suffering and even great disasters. It is true that, as Christians, we must always have hope. But many confuse divine hope with human hope in which we do not have to go through Calvary with our Head, Jesus! There is Christian Hope after the crucifixion!

Pope John Paul II warns us: “We are standing before today the greatest fight that humanity has ever seen. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THE CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY HAS TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD THIS. We are TODAY before the FINAL CONFRONTATION between the Church and the anti-Church, between the Gospel and the anti-Gospel”.

POPE JOHN PAUL II SAID TO A GROUP OF PILGRIMS IN FULDA, WEST GERMANY, in November 1980, speaking about the secrets of Fatima, that: “We have to be prepared to suffer, before long, great trials which will require of us the disposition to sacrifice even our life for Christ. Through your prayers and mine, it is still possible to diminish this trial (predicted at Fatima), but it is no longer possible to avert it, because only in this manner can the Church be effectively renewed. How many times has the renewal of the Church been brought about in blood! It will not be different this time.”

PRECISELY BECAUSE SO FEW PEOPLE ARE PRAYING, THE REALITY TODAY IS NOT TOO NICE. Some want to accuse me of being a pessimist, but I believe that I am rather a realist. I am not the type to look at today’s reality with rose-colored glasses. Some of my friends have put me in the category of half crazy, with the apocalyptic mentality, but they put up with me because there is a scarcity of priests today.

Jesus said: "This generation will not pass away till all these things take place” (Mt 24:34; Mk 13:30; Lk 21:32). There are a great number of indications and signs from the saints, the popes and from the messages of Our Lady that we are “this generation” which Christ referred to in Matthew 24. I believe that our “generation” will witness the most underhanded, sly and devastating deception of Satan in the history of the world and of the Church. The true Christians, who will be ever more in the minority and further away from the prevailing relativistic and secularistic mentality, in this situation in which the False Pope offers “a religion without a cross”, will be more and more persecuted by those who embrace this false and comfortable Christianity, and these apostates will end up killing as many true Christians as possible to soothe or rather vindicate their dead consciences given over to the “father of lies”. I think also that THIS FRAUD WILL BE DONE AS SMOOTHLY AS POSSIBLE, as hidden as possible, so as to fool as many people as possible. As Saint Hildegard wrote (who was made a doctor of the Church only a few months ago!!! (October 7, 2012..)): “two-thirds of the Christians will go with him” (the false Pope, the false prophet, the second beast of the Apocalypse)! I do not believe that it is by chance that Hildegard was proclaimed a Doctor of the Church in this very particular period of the history of the Church! Forewarned is forearmed!

This attitude to label me, as well as listening to the reaction of the priests about the resignation of the Pope here in Italy, makes me realize more and more that many priests consider themselves as an equal with the Vicar of Christ; many priests do not have the eyes of faith to believe that God has given the Pope a very special charism for the Church, a true gift! It is like the Pope has his opinion and I have mine, enough said. So many priests have the attitude of putting up with Pope Benedict hoping that the next Pope will think as they do! They just might get their wish very soon in a way that they never imagined, in their “wisdom and intelligence” (Mt 11:25; Lk 10:21), in a deception better masked and disguised than ever before!

“The Pope, has been so ignored, disobeyed and despised in the last 50 years not only by the left side of the spectrum (ignore or disobey) but also by the right side of the spectrum (prideful rebellion). I think that this vacancy (while a “Judas Iscariot” will be in control of the Vatican) will be a great just punishment not only for the whole Church but for the whole world. The world which is intrinsically connected with all of creation, goes forward or backward depending on the behavior and choices of those who have received much more responsibility from God in this “cosmic battle” (as Pope John Paul II put it), the lay Catholics, the priests and the bishops of the One True Church, the Catholic Church! Pope Paul VI was so devastated by the reaction to Humanae Vitae that he said, referring to the situation in the Church, “FROM SOME CREVICE, THE SMOKE OF SATAN HAS ENTERED THE TEMPLE OF GOD” (June 29, 1972). Pope Paul VI did not write another encyclical after Humanae Vitae (1968)!

Is it not in our egotistical times, in the “culture of death” (Evangelium Vitae), that we hear shouted and promoted in the mass media the prophecy of Jesus (the eighth “Station of the Cross”): “For behold, the days are coming when they will say, ‘Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bore, and the breast that never gave suck!’ Then they will begin to say to the mountains, ‘Fall on us’; and to the hills, ‘Cover us.’ (“The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead.” - Akita). For if they do this when the wood is green (when all is easy in wellbeing and richness; no sacrifice in giving life, procreation (Gen 1:28), as God did in creating us!), what will happen when it is dry?” (Lk 23:29-31). In the past this prophecy was often applied to the women of Jerusalem and those like them, those who had compassion for Jesus in His great sufferings for us; sometimes this led people to think that I hope I am not pregnant of nursing a baby in the period of time! The truthful economists, who do not promote the culture of death, tell us that one of the most fundamental factors causing the current economic crisis is that for the first time in the history of the world and of the Church in the richer countries there are more grandparents than children who must sustain the pensions of those in retirement.

It is rather interesting that these priests and others who easily label me into a certain category are not interested in having a dialogue with me so as to seek the truth together, each one offering the information and insights that he has discovered and received. Pope John Paul II very often repeated the importance of dialogue, dialogue, dialogue! But when one is open to dialogue there is the risk of discovering something outside of our own heads (humility!) challenging us to change our idea or even our life and then suffer the consequences.

Recently (after the announcement of the Pope’s resignation) a woman expressed her indignation about a recent nomination for an important position in the Vatican. SHE WANTED TO PUT ALL THE BLAME ON POPE BENEDICT. I said to her that I am not up to date on all of these things but that there are more than one out of twelve “Judas Iscariots” in the Vatican and in the Church today. What can the Pope do when so few recognize his important office and vocation given to him by God and thus do not pay attention to what he says or disobey him outright? Do we obey the Church and the Pope that Christ left us as a gift so as to be a part of the solution or do we only criticize the Church and the Pope so as to contribute to the problem? It usually feels good inside to criticize others in a non constructive way; sin is attractive and the easier way! It takes only a few to destroy, but many to build. It took many people and many years to build the Twin Towers but only a few minutes to bring down the Twin Towers! Many people today are fond of criticizing but how many are willing to pray and offer themselves in persevering sacrificial love, courageously but with true humility, to defend, protect and build up the Spouse of Christ, the Church?

I am not surprised by this attitude after having read: “A Manuscript On Purgatory.” In this booklet Sister Gabriel in purgatory said to Sister Mary of the Cross: “If only it were given you to understand with what scorn and indifference Jesus is treated on earth, not only by the world in general, but how He is insulted, mocked and held in derision even by those who ought to love Him. Such indifference is found even in religious communities of men and women, His chosen people, where He ought to be treated as a Friend, a Father, a spouse. Often He does not even receive the consideration shown to a stranger. This indifference is found also among the clergy, at present more than at any other time. HE IS TREATED AS AN EQUAL BY THOSE WHO SHOULD TREMBLE at the thought of the awful and august mission with which they have been entrusted. The most sacred reality is often treated with coldness and boredom. How many are there who have the interior spirit? I can assure you that there are but a few. Here in Purgatory the priests who are expiating their indifference and their want of love are numerous. Their culpable negligence must be atoned for in the midst of fire and torture of all kinds. You can judge from this that God who is so good and loving to all His creatures finds few who love and console Him. Alas, there are few. That is the sorrow of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the ingratitude of His own. Yet His Sacred Heart is full of overflowing love and seeks only to share it. He wants to find some souls bereft of self so as to overpower them with His love, more than He has as yet done for anyone. Oh, how little Jesus is understood on earth, and how little are His mercy and His love understood! People try to seek everything except that which gives real happiness. How pitiable!”

“Oh, what pain it causes my heart when I see a nun who has not the religious spirit! How can one be pleasing to God when one is INFLATED WITH PRIDE AND SELF-LOVE UNDER THE PRETENSE OF STRIVING FOR GOD’S GLORY, while in fact one is seeking one’s own glory? When I see such a thing, it gives me very great pain. How can such a soul be united closely with God? Union with the Lord is out of the question here” (Diary, 1139).

“On several occasions, I have learned how some religious defend their own glory under the pretext of being concerned for the glory of God, whereas it is NOT A QUESTION OF THE GLORY OF GOD, BUT OF GLORY OF SELF. O Jesus, how painful this has been for me! What secrets the day of Your judgment will bring to light! How can one steal God’s gifts?” (Diary, 1149).

The Lord said to Saint Faustina: “I have wanted to exalt this Congregation many times, but I am unable to do so because of its pride. Know, My daughter, that I do not grant My graces to proud souls, and I even take away from them the graces I have granted” (Diary, 1170).

Prophetic private revelations are so important that Satan seeks in every way to diminish their divulgation, influence and effect. In 1882, Christ revealed to the stigmatist, Marie Julie Jahenny of La Fraudais, France that: "In the last days, a seemingly unlimited amount of FALSE REVELATIONS will arise from hell like a swarm of flies; a last attempt of Satan to choke and to destroy the efficacy of the TRUE REVELATIONS by false ones."

This revelation of Jesus to Marie Julie indicates that these revelations are important enough for Satan to try to diminish their effectiveness in helping to convert souls. But this also indicates that there are many false revelations and thus one must be wise and prudent especially in regards to recent revelations in which the proper Church authorities have not made any pronouncement yet. There are some who have the tendency to believe in every private revelation, and then there are others who want to condemn every private revelation a priori. One must struggle each day to discern and to discover the truth. Virtue lies between the two extremes as Saint Thomas tells us. Usually it is easier to go toward one extreme or the other.

St. John also tells us: “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are of God: for many false prophets have gone out into the world” (1Jn 4:1).

THERE ARE SOME CATHOLICS AND CATHOLIC GROUPS WHO PUT THEMSELVES IN THE PLACE OF JUDGING and interpreting the licitness of reading, promoting or going to apparitions sites not yet approved. They put themselves in the place of the local ordinary or of the Pope himself; many like to pontificate! They often interpret in their own rigorous way the decree of the “Sacred Congregation for the Doctrine and the Faith”, published in the "Official Acts of the Holy See" (A.A.S.) 58/16, dated December 29, 1966. Other critical Catholics want to accuse those who read and promote these messages from these apparitions of Our Lady (or also, for example the testimony of Gloria Polo) as being motivated only by curiosity and pride (who is really prideful here?) in seeking to know that which is not for us to know. But if one goes even to this one-sided interpretation and judgment, then why are the number of apparitions of Our Lady increasing in our day as Cardinal Ratzinger pointed out ("The Ratzinger Report"; 1985)? Do these supposed wise ones know more about what is needed today than the Mother of God? According to these intelligent people, can there not also be another possible motive for reading and promoting the messages of Our Lady in these our times which are so particular and in need of extra heavenly help and guidance just as God gave extra heavenly help and guidance through the prophets and patriarchs of the Old Testament? Does not the Church encourage us to read the whole Bible, including the Book of Revelation, Daniel, Ezekiel, Matthew 24, Luke 21, Mark 13, etc.? In these times of great trail and great deception God has sent the greatest human prophet, His Mother, beginning in 1830 at Rue du Bac in Paris (1830), where St. Catherine Laboure beheld apparitions of Mary who asked for the Miraculous Medal to be struck and devotion promulgated. It is amazing how many people choose to close their eyes and ears to the signs of our times! Jesus called these people “HYPOCRITES”! (Lk 12:56; Mt 16:3).

GOD OR HIS MOTHER DO NOT NEED PERMISSION from a bishop or a priest or a Catholic group or a moderator of a Catholic Blog on the Web in order to appear or to give private revelations. I think that very few of the seventy thousand people who went to Fatima on October 13, 1917 asked permission from their respective bishops or priests or from people who believe they are wise and intelligent, and want to pontificate, before going to Fatima that day. And not withstanding this lack of permission, they were rewarded with the great miracle of the sun. Did God make a mistake according to these wise people? I also believe that as we approach this period of “great tribulation” (Mt 24), God in His love for us, like a loving mother, will give even more help, encouragement and words to the “little ones”, willing to listen, to help all those of good will to prepare so as to take advantage of this period of great trial and suffering. In this way God will offer one last help to those who might be willing to convert and put God in the first place and priority in their lives rather than themselves or so many other things or persons.

Forewarned is forearmed!

Saint HILDEGARD of BINGEN (d. 1179), the newest Doctor of the Church, wrote that when the new Pope is elected immediately before the Antichrist, a cardinal will kill the elected pope before he is crowned through jealousy, he wishing to be Pope himself. Then when the other cardinals elect the next Pope this cardinal will proclaim himself (anti) Pope, and two-thirds of the Christians will go with him. She notes that this Antipope as well as the Antichrist are descendents from the tribe of Dan. If this private revelation of St. Hildegard turns out to be true, is it possible that this Antipope, who will appear “IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE ANTICHRIST”, might be the FALSE PROPHET predicted in the book of Revelation (Rev 16:13; 20:10; chap. 13 etc.) who will work hand in hand with the first "beast", the Antichrist, to subdue and lead the world to the Antichrist?

“SATAN DISGUISES HIMSELF AS AN ANGEL OF LIGHT” (2Cor 11:14).

The Beast will be able to perform “great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect” (Mt 24:24; Mk 13,22; Rev 13:8; 19:20)!

Before the second coming of Jesus Christ “that day will not come, unless THE REBELLION (APOSTASY) COMES FIRST, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God” (2Thess 2:3-4).

The second beast (the false prophet) “exercises all the authority of the first beast in its presence, and makes the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose mortal wound was healed. It works great signs, even making fire come down from heaven to earth in the sight of men… and to cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be slain. Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave, to be marked on the right hand or the forehead (THE MICROCHIP), so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the MARK” (OF THE BEAST!) Those who have let themselves slowly slide into the comfort of subjectivism and relativism, which totally surrounds us today like the air we breath, inventing the easy truth (small “v”) according to their heads, will be very happy with this new “Judas Iscariot”, who will take control of the Vatican, and who will approve their masked egoism in the name of religion. Behold “THE REBELLION (APOSTASY)” which we see in the last 50 years! Each person is god (Gen 3:4-5)! They will say: “Oh, finally we have a modern pope, with the times, who thinks like us!” One no longer asks the question what does Jesus want, one does not confront his life with the Catechism of the Catholic Church, one does not ask himself what are the effects on others caused by his actions, such as selling pornography for a few coins (CCC 2354), abortion…; one just does not care, despite the fact that God has given us everything we have, Who even sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to die for each of us on the cross! “Therefore God sends upon them a strong delusion, to make them believe what is false, so that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness” (2Thess 2:11-12).

THE PRIESTS (CAPTAINS) AND THE BISHOPS (GENERALS) WHO HAVE SECONDED THIS SLIDE INTO RELATIVISM and the slackening with their culpable silence and their disobedience to the Vicar of Christ, the Pope, such as “Humanae Vitae” (1968), or the great obligation to maintain a great reverence before the infinite God in the Eucharist (Memoriale Domini, 1969), in this “dour combat” (CCC 409), have a much greater culpability having received a great vocation and responsibility with the corresponding graces. LET US PRAY FOR OUR PASTORS! One must struggle everyday with great effort to discover the Truth (big “V”), in order to live the Truth with the help of God, to be able to lead oneself and others to the Truth not only in this short life but for all eternity. God, Who is love, and thus respectful of our free will, does not coerce anyone to be with the Truth Who is God! “The chief punishment of hell is eternal separation from God” (CCC 1035). God, Who is love, respects our great dignity at the level of the angels, created in His image (Gen 1:26-27), and thus even if we live as animals without responsibility, we will be judged as human beings at the end of our life. If more people would have prayed 100 years ago, Hitler would not have been able to do what he did. Today there are much fewer people who pray with the intention of discovering and doing the will of God! We deserve what is happening and what is coming with the “NEW WORLD ORDER”, now rather hidden, but soon, totally in the open!

The first question that we learned in the catechism as children was: “Why did God create you? And we answered: To know, love and serve God. TODAY THIS IS TOTALLY UPSIDE DOWN: religion exists for a great number of people to serve me, not to help me to serve God, not to help me to discover the will of God from the teachings of the Church guided by the Pope (Mt 16:18), not to help me to do the will of God with the help of prayer and the Sacraments (as we say in the Our Father: “THY (not mine!) will be done”!). The great majority of people today do not want to take even the first step to discover what God wants. The philosophy of life is: “Ignorance is bliss”! Bliss today, but tomorrow, and after death?!? The recent Popes tell us that the gravest sin today is that we have lost the sense of sin. One trusts in himself and not in God-Love! “Jesus I trust in You!” (Saint Faustina).

POPE JOHN PAUL II (AMONG MANY OTHER OCCASIONS) SPOKE FIRMLY TO THE US BISHOPS AGAINST THIS "PICK AND CHOOSE SMORGASBORD TYPE CATHOLICISM" in LA in his September 1987 visit: "It is sometimes reported that a large number of Catholics today do not adhere to the teaching of the Church on a number of questions, notably sexual and conjugal morality, divorce and remarriage. Some are reported as not accepting the Church's clear position on abortion. It has also been noted that there is a tendency on the part of some Catholics to be selective in their adherence to the Church's moral teachings. It is sometimes claimed that dissent from the Magisterium is totally compatible with being a “good Catholic” and poses no obstacle to the reception of the sacraments. This is a grave error that challenges the teaching office of the bishops of the United States and elsewhere. I wish to encourage you in the love of Christ to address this situation courageously in your pastoral ministry, relying on the power of God's truth to attract assent and on the grace of the Holy Spirit which is given both to those who proclaim the message and to those to whom it is addressed."

The Servant of God, ARCHBISHOP FULTON SHEEN, said: “The False Prophet will have a religion without a cross, a religion without a world to come, a religion to destroy religions. There will be a counterfeit church. Christ’s Church will be one. And the False Prophet will create the other. The false church will be worldly, ecumenical (false, not according to the teachings of the Second Vatican Council), and global. It will be a loose federation of churches, religions forming some type of global association, a world parliament of churches. It will be emptied of all divine content and will be the mystical body of the antichrist. The Mystical Body of Christ on earth today will have its Judas Iscariot and he will be the false prophet. Satan will recruit him from among our bishops.”

The Catechism of the Catholic Church (as well as 1Jn 2:18) indicates that there will be ONE ANTICHRIST IN PARTICULAR (CCC 675): “Before Christ's second coming the Church must pass through a final trial that will shake the faith of many believers (Cf. Lk 18:8; Mt 24:12).. The persecution that accompanies her pilgrimage on earth (Cf. Lk 21:12; Jn 15:19-20) will unveil the “mystery of iniquity” in the form of a religious deception offering men an apparent solution to their problems at the price of apostasy from the truth. The supreme religious deception is that of the Antichrist, a pseudo-messianism by which man glorifies himself in place of God and of his Messiah come in the flesh.” (Cf. 2Thess 2:4-12; 1Thess 5:2-3; 2Jn 7; 1Jn 2:18,22).

“CARDINAL IVAN DIAS AT LOURDES SAID: “What meaning could the message of Our Lady of Lourdes have for us today? I love to situate these apparitions in the broader context of the permanent and fierce combat between the forces of good and evil, which will continue till the end of time”. Our Lady foresees “the rise of the Antichrist and his attempts to replace God in the life of men; attempts that despite their striking successes, will be nevertheless destined to failure”. The cardinal counsels to pray the Rosary, and to practice the conversion of heart, and to accept sufferings for the salvation of the world. Especially now, he explains, because “The combat between God and his enemy always blazes, even more today, because the world finds itself terribly swallowed up in the swamp of a secularism that wants to create a world without God; of a relativism that suffocates the permanent and immutable values of the Gospel; of a religious indifference which remains imperturbable before the superior good of the things which regard God and the Church”. And then he cites John Paul II: “WE ARE STANDING BEFORE TODAY THE GREATEST FIGHT THAT HUMANITY HAS EVER SEEN. I do not believe that the Christian community has totally understood this. We are today before the FINAL CONFRONTATION between the Church and the anti-Church, between the Gospel and the anti-Gospel”. BUT IT IS THE WOMAN “OF GENESIS AND OF THE APOCALYPSE”, CONCLUDES THE CARDINAL, “THAT WILL COMBAT AT THE HEAD OF THE ARMY OF HER SONS AND DAUGHTERS AGAINST THE ENEMY FORCES OF SATAN AND WILL CRUSH THE HEAD OF THE SERPENT.” (Gen 3,15)” (December 13, 2007).

It was interesting that Pope Benedict XVI invited CARDINAL BIFFI TO OFFER THE ANNUAL LENTEN RETREAT FOR THE POPE and the top members of the Vatican (Feb. 27, 2007). The cardinal speaks often on the theme of the Antichrist. The Times of London reported in 2004 that the Cardinal described the Antichrist as “walking among us”. “Days will come in Christianity in which they will try to reduce the salvific event to a mere series of values.” It is a key passage in the last work of Vladimir Soloviev, “Tale of the Antichrist”, at the center of Cardinal Giacomo Biffi’s reflections. The centenary of the anniversary of the great miracle of the sun, October 13, 1917 at Fatima, Portugal, will be October 13, 2017! I believe that soon the Body of Christ, the Church, as a great purification, will have to go through the stage of the crucifixion as her Head, Christ, three hours on the cross, and even cry out with her Head: “My God, my God why hast thou forsaken me?” (Mt 27:46; Mc 15:34; Rev 13:7). This period will be the GREATEST TRIBULATION in the history of the world and of the Church (Mt 24:21-22; Jer 30:7; Dan 12:1).

Let us make a good confession and changer our lives, with much prayer and sacrifices and good will, while the door of Mercy is still open.

Jesus to Saint Faustina: “BEFORE I COME AS A JUST JUDGE, I first open wide the door of My mercy. He who refuses to pass through the door of My mercy must pass through the door of My justice” (Diary, 1146).

Jesus said to Saint Faustina (of the Divine Mercy): “YOU WILL PREPARE THE WORLD FOR MY FINAL COMING” (Diary of Saint Faustina, 429).
